Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Trend Forecasting: Continuously monitor, analyze, and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, etc.) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead internal innovation initiatives and hackathons to foster a culture of forward-thinking and problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Vendor & Technology Selection: Evaluate and select cutting-edge tools and partners to modernize our infrastructure.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to future-proof architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology leadership, or product management; 3+ years in a senior director or executive role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (SaaS, PaaS, AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
