Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and testing automation systems for production lines
- Perform data analysis using CAD software and IoT monitoring tools
- Document technical procedures and create engineering reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization
- Conduct safety audits and maintain compliance documentation
- Participate in weekend shift operations (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA and eligible for college credit
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and industrial controls
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Available for weekend shifts throughout summer semester
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
