Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities in the local area.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, and short-form videos for company channels.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.
- Support the team in organizing and attending local networking events in the New Orleans area.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all digital collateral.
- Update and maintain internal databases and project management tools (Asana/Trello).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive College Credit for this internship program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on grammar and style.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week on-site in New Orleans, LA.
