Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in on-page and off-page SEO optimization for multiple client websites.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and SEO tools to report on KPIs.
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
- Conduct local SEO tasks to improve visibility for our Detroit and Ohio markets.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all digital assets are optimized for search engines.
- Update and maintain internal SEO databases and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in SEO, content marketing, and digital analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HTML or CSS is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to commit to a 12-16 week internship schedule.
