Responsibilities
- Assist with Digital Marketing: Support the marketing team in executing social media campaigns and managing online presence.
- Content Creation: Draft, edit, and publish blog posts, articles, and social media content to engage our audience.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- SEO Optimization: Help optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Customer Support: Interact with clients via email and phone to answer inquiries and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; we value enthusiasm and potential over pedigree.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends.
