Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with data analysis, reporting, and research tasks during weekend shifts.
- Support the coordination of weekend events and on-site operations at our Las Vegas location.
- Contribute to the optimization of our digital presence through SEO content management and social media updates.
- Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and client correspondence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend workflow and project execution.
- Monitor and update internal databases with the latest industry trends and competitor information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Demonstrated availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new digital tools and methodologies.
