Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes
- Document technical procedures and create user guides
- Collaborate on cloud-based deployment projects using AWS/Azure
- Participate in agile development sprints and stand-ups
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends
- Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for internal systems
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Understanding of database fundamentals (SQL)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during academic terms
