Responsibilities
- Assist in software testing, debugging, and documentation of IT systems
- Support network administration tasks including configuration and monitoring

- Create technical documentation and user guides for internal systems
- Shadow senior engineers during system deployments and maintenance

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT, Computer Science, or related degree
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python, Java, or C++ preferred)

- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during academic semesters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and version control systems (Git)
