Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile development projects
- Conduct market research and analyze user data for product improvements
- Create technical documentation and maintain project repositories
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging existing systems

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of database management (SQL)
- Available to work 15-20 hours per week during academic term
