Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems for enterprise clients
- Monitor network security protocols and respond to alerts
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Assist in cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product deployments
- Participate in weekly tech workshops and certification prep
- Support helpdesk operations and user training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during semester
- Valid driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
