Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code for web and mobile applications.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions to track progress and discuss technical challenges.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues, escalating complex problems to senior developers when necessary.
- Conduct research on new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to improve our software architecture.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate wireframes into high-quality user interfaces.
- Help maintain and optimize existing applications to ensure high performance and scalability.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required; we value enthusiasm and potential over a resume.
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be available to work at least 15-20 hours per week during the semester.
