Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with social media content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Conduct market research and gather data to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and weekly team planning sessions.
- Support the IT department with basic troubleshooting and software documentation.
- Shadow senior employees to learn industry best practices and operational workflows.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentation summaries for management.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (any major).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities.
- Availability to commit to a 12-16 week internship duration.
