Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and software during off-peak hours.
- Assist the support team in resolving incoming customer tickets and inquiries.
- Perform evening data entry, audits, and administrative documentation.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure 24/7 uptime and data integrity.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, College, or University program.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong interest in Information Technology, Customer Support, or Business Operations.
- Basic computer literacy and strong typing skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Baltimore office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
