Responsibilities
- Assist the IT support team with daily technical troubleshooting and user support for employees and clients.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations in our centralized knowledge base.
- Participate in software deployments, system updates, and hardware maintenance projects under supervision.
- Conduct basic research on emerging technologies and propose improvements to current workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and basic networking concepts.
