Responsibilities
- Assist with network monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure projects using AWS/Azure
- Provide end-user support for hardware/software issues
- Participate in system updates and patch management
- Shadow senior engineers during critical infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Available to work 15-20 hours per week during academic semesters
