Responsibilities
- Assist senior analysts in building financial models for private equity deals
- Conduct industry research and market trend analysis for investment decisions
- Prepare valuation reports and due diligence documentation
- Support portfolio monitoring through performance tracking and risk assessment
- Collaborate on client presentations and investment committee materials
- Analyze financial statements and SEC filings for public companies
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 3.5+ GPA with strong quantitative/analytical aptitude
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Basic knowledge of capital markets, valuation methods, and financial statements
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability for 20+ hours/week during summer semester
- Previous internship or coursework in finance preferred
