Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, code reviews, and deployment.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex code issues in a production environment, ensuring high system stability and performance.
- Contribute to documentation and technical specifications to ensure knowledge transfer across the team.
- Attend daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies to track progress and align on project goals.
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve existing product features.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Academic Standing: Must be a rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate student with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript) and familiarity with SQL and version control (Git).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the internship program.
