Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) to develop 5-year strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Design and execute scenario-planning models for 2026 market disruptions
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and strategic alignment
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in futures research methodologies
