- Partner with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading futuristic tech initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio of successful innovation projects with measurable impact
