Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for the future of work, aligning with organizational goals and technological advancements.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of advanced AI and automation tools into daily workflows, optimizing efficiency and employee experience.
- Change Management: Spearhead organizational transformation initiatives, guiding teams through cultural shifts and technological adoption.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze market trends and labor forecasts to anticipate future skill requirements and build adaptable talent pipelines.
- Leadership Development: Design and implement mentorship programs to cultivate the next generation of future-ready leaders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure alignment on long-term strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Psychology, or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategy, HR, or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain) and their potential impact on the workforce.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans and successfully executing them in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences and drive consensus.
- Certifications: PMP, SHRM-SCP, or similar strategic certification is a plus.
