Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision aligned with company goals and industry trends.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and automation into core business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to identify high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum, Spatial Computing, Advanced AI) to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
- Design frameworks for organizational agility and change management to support rapid scaling.
- Present roadmap updates and strategic insights to the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a senior leadership role within a tech-forward organization.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Deep understanding of the Future of Work paradigm, including remote work models and AI-driven collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) in Business, Strategy, or Technology preferred.
