- Bridge the Gap: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into innovative AI technical solutions.
- Mentor and Lead: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and establishing best practices for AI deployment and ethics.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine model latency and throughput, ensuring our AI infrastructure meets enterprise-grade standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a specialized focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect systems that are scalable, secure, and adaptable to future technological shifts.
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
