- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture and development.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
