Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record delivering 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Scrum/Agile certification with PMP preferred
