Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning strategic goals with technical capabilities.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including AI and Quantum Computing, into core business processes.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
- Manage cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology investments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data analytics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in agile environments and remote-first operations.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
