Responsibilities

- Drive cross-functional agile sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic and industry pioneers
- Present future insights to board members and investors
- Build and lead a high-impact innovation incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or future-focused consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with agile/Scrum frameworks in strategic contexts
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
