Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year strategic roadmaps for emerging sectors (AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and government relations teams
- Forecast market disruptions using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Secure partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Expertise in emerging tech adoption curves (blockchain, quantum, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching scalable innovation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology ethics
