Responsibilities
- Design and execute the strategic roadmap for 2026, aligning with emerging technological trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic concepts in controlled innovation labs
- Analyze global megatrends (climate tech, neuro interfaces, decentralized systems) to identify strategic inflection points
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 business continuity and competitive advantage
- Spearhead partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape future industry standards
- Present strategic foresight findings to the board and executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology leadership with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successfully launching futuristic products/services with >$50M revenue impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI implications
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent strategic frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
