Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate strategy roadmap through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging sectors
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight team with global research partnerships
- Champion sustainability and ethical innovation in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year corporate strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and predictive modeling capabilities
- Strong experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFP) highly desirable
