Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech sectors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development frameworks
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future vision narratives to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor committees
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futures Studies
