Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve previously intractable computational problems
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies for fault-tolerant computing implementations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor integration and performance
- Create quantum security protocols for next-generation data encryption systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
