Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead research and development in next-generation machine learning algorithms, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Engineering) to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability and performance monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI development in the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex AI/ML systems at scale.
- Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing, and computer vision.
