Qualifications
- 12+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on quantum/AI convergence
- Experience scaling tech innovations from lab to market ($100M+ revenue impact)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in futures methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Track record of building high-performance innovation teams
- Certification in Tech Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
