Responsibilities
- Define and execute a high-impact research strategy focused on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) advancements targeting the 2026 deployment horizon.
- Lead a cross-functional team of world-class researchers, data scientists, and engineers to prototype and validate next-gen algorithms.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate futuristic tech trends into actionable business roadmaps and investment opportunities.
- Publish cutting-edge findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals to establish Nexus Horizon Labs as a thought leader.
- Oversee the ethical frameworks and safety protocols for autonomous systems, ensuring alignment with global regulations.
- Pilot new technologies, such as neural interface optimization and predictive quantum computing, in controlled experimental environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within top-tier tech firms or research institutions.
- Proven track record of publishing seminal research papers and leading large-scale AI initiatives.
- Deep expertise in deep learning, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning with strong theoretical foundations.
- Exceptional strategic vision and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, including quantum computing architectures and blockchain interoperability.
