Responsibilities

- Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including Spatial Computing (AR/VR) and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize system latency and security protocols for next-gen decentralized networks.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices for futuristic development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with a focus on scalability.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Natural Language Processing.
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of Web3 protocols and blockchain security.
