Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies for scalable systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence improvements
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
- Secure patents for novel quantum algorithmic innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
