- Innovation Strategy: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate them into our core stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure compliance with international data standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on distributed systems and cloud computing.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
