Responsibilities
- Assist the team in conducting market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create engaging content for social media and newsletters.
- Manage and organize digital databases and customer records with high attention to detail.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to project brainstorming sessions.
- Support the execution of client outreach programs and event coordination.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and assist in the compilation of project data.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate program (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong interest in Information Technology, Marketing, or Business Operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
