Responsibilities
- Execute nightly system monitoring and maintenance across cloud infrastructure
- Develop and deploy code fixes during off-peak hours with agile methodology
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Document technical processes and create troubleshooting guides
- Participate in sprint retrospectives and innovation workshops
- Automate testing scripts for continuous integration pipelines
- Support data analysis initiatives using SQL and Python
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Available for consistent 12am-8am shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote team settings
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site requirements
