Responsibilities
- Support system monitoring and troubleshooting during night shift hours
- Assist with data analysis and reporting for client projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint deliverables
- Document technical processes and create user guides
- Participate in agile ceremonies and team stand-ups
- Conduct quality assurance testing for new features
- Shadow senior engineers during system deployments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program
- Basic knowledge of IT systems or software development
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment pickups)
