Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing).
- Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices to ensure stability and scalability.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk assessments for long-term tech investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate visionary concepts into actionable technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Exceptional ability to forecast technological trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
