Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global innovation trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces, carbon-negative tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and policy-makers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI and quantum deployment
- Present findings to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience with technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
