Qualifications

- Expertise in distributed systems, quantum computing, and edge computing

- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP quantum services and TOGAF
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future-tech topics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST SP 800-53)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering preferred
