Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, high-performance technology architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research and development initiatives in emerging technologies, including AI, quantum computing, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to define long-term technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement robust solutions to mitigate risks in complex systems.

- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML frameworks, blockchain integration, or futuristic simulation technologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) are a strong plus.
