Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the architectural design of complex, distributed systems that can handle high-velocity growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards across all engineering projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-availability systems on time.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration and the ethical implications of emerging tech.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
