Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen technology solutions using AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead research initiatives on human-machine symbiosis and autonomous systems
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Prototype and validate innovations in our state-of-the-art R&D lab
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling prototypes to commercial products
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Strong background in systems thinking and complexity modeling
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technology implementations
