Responsibilities

- Research and implement blockchain solutions for decentralized systems
- Create blueprints for autonomous infrastructure networks
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with governments on future-proof regulatory frameworks
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in quantum computing or neural networks
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech
- Experience with government tech policy consultation
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum services and blockchain development
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable, future-proof solutions
