Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation technologies, focusing on AI integration, spatial computing, and autonomous systems.
- Prototype Development: Design and build high-fidelity prototypes for 2026 and beyond, iterating rapidly based on user feedback and market trends.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define technical roadmaps that align with the company's long-term vision for the future.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate abstract concepts into viable product features.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing emerging tech trends globally to ensure our solutions remain market leaders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Python, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Futuristic Thinking: Proven ability to think creatively about problems that don't yet have standard solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on delivery speed and quality.
