Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and rectify site errors that hinder organic performance and crawlability.
- Develop and implement comprehensive keyword strategies to target high-value search terms and increase organic traffic.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking, to improve search rankings.
- Manage off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach campaigns to build domain authority and reputation.
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and web developers to produce SEO-friendly copy and technical implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within the US market.
- Deep understanding of Googleβs Search Engine Optimization Starter Guide and major algorithm updates (e.g., Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird).
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
