Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies (quantum computing, neurointerfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen user experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Design scalable architectures for decentralized autonomous systems
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects in future-thinking methodologies
- Secure patents for novel technological frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Deep understanding of ethical tech development frameworks
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for innovative ventures
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Fluency in Python/Go with cloud architecture expertise
